Hoopdance is a high-energy cardiovascular workout which helps tone the body & energize the mind.  Combining elements of dance & fitness, hoopdance creates awareness of your body & the movements of which you are capable.

Can I use any type of hoop?
You will be most successful with an adult-sized hoop.  They are larger & heavier than the ones found at your local toy store.  Since they are larger in diameter, they rotate slower – allowing you to learn more advanced hoop moves!

Do I have to have my own hoop?
If you already have an adult-sized hoop, you’re most welcome to bring it for class!  Otherwise, I provide class hoops for your use during class time.

What should I bring/wear to class?
Wear comfortable clothes, similar to what you would wear for a yoga class.  Hooping works best on natural fibers.  Bring water!

Would you perform at my event or at my kid’s birthday party?
